Ocean Grill & Bar (“Developer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Ocean Grill & Bar Android game (“App”),

This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored and protected when you use the App.

1. PRIVACY SUMMARY

Ocean Grill & Bar is designed as an offline, local-first game.

The App:

• Does not require an online account
• Does not operate an external game server
• Does not contain advertising SDKs
• Does not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• Does not request location access
• Does not request microphone or camera access
• Does not access contacts, messages or call information
• Does not collect payment or financial information
• Does not sell or share personal information
• Does not require its own internet permission for gameplay

Player information and game progress are stored locally on the user’s device.

2. INFORMATION ENTERED BY THE USER

The App allows the player to enter:

• Player or chef name
• Player age

This information is used only to create and display the local chef profile within the App.

The name and age may appear on:

• The Home command deck
• The gameplay interface
• Local score records
• The local leaderboard
• Animated final service reports

This information is not used to create an online account and is not transmitted to the Developer.

Players should avoid entering a full legal name or any unnecessary personal information.

3. GAMEPLAY INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY

The App may create and store the following gameplay information on the device:

• Latest game score
• Personal high score
• Total coins
• Coins earned during a round
• Completed orders
• Successful food catches
• Missed food items
• Bomb collisions
• Maximum level reached
• Latest round level
• Game duration
• Total games played
• Local top-five leaderboard
• Unlocked achievements
• Combo accomplishments
• Onboarding completion status
• Daily reward claim date

This information is used to display game progress, achievements, statistics, rewards and previous performance.

4. HOW LOCAL INFORMATION IS USED

Information stored by the App is used only to:

• Display the player’s chef profile
• Save scores, coins and achievements
• Generate the local leaderboard
• Show latest and lifetime gameplay statistics
• Determine daily reward eligibility
• Restore progress when the App is opened again
• Display the animated Game Over report
• Improve the player’s local gameplay experience

The Developer does not receive this locally stored information.

5. LOCAL STORAGE

Player information and gameplay progress are stored using Android SharedPreferences inside the App’s private storage area.

The App does not intentionally create public files containing player information and does not upload saved progress to an external database.

Cloud backup and device-transfer extraction are disabled for this version of the App.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Local information remains on the device until one of the following actions occurs:

• The user clears the App’s storage or data through Android Settings
• The user uninstalls the App
• The App’s saved data is otherwise removed by the Android operating system

Users can normally delete all saved information by opening:

Android Settings → Apps → Ocean Grill & Bar → Storage → Clear Data

Uninstalling the App also removes its locally stored profile, scores, coins, leaderboard and achievements.

Editing the chef profile replaces the saved name and age but does not automatically delete gameplay history.

7. NO USER ACCOUNT

The App does not create or provide an online user account.

The local chef profile is not an internet account and does not require an email address, password or authentication service.

Because no online account is created, an external account-deletion request is not required. Users can delete the local profile and all associated progress by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

8. PERMISSIONS

The App requests only the Android vibration permission:

android.permission.VIBRATE

This permission is used to provide haptic feedback for actions such as:

• Catching food
• Missing food
• Hitting a bomb
• Losing the final heart
• Other important gameplay events

The vibration permission does not provide access to personal files or user communications.

The App does not request permission to access:

• Location
• Camera
• Microphone
• Contacts
• Phone calls
• SMS messages
• Photos or videos
• Calendar
• Nearby devices
• Notifications
• External storage

9. MUSIC AND SOUND EFFECTS

The App includes locally bundled background music and sound effects for catches, misses, bombs, shields, combos, level-ups and Game Over events.

These audio files are played using Android media services. The App does not record audio and does not listen to the player.

Device media-volume controls may be used to adjust the audio level.

10. TEXT-TO-SPEECH VOICE ALERTS

The App uses Android Text-to-Speech to provide short gameplay announcements, including:

• Bomb warnings
• Bomb collision alerts
• Level-up announcements
• Chef-down notifications
• New high-score announcements

The App submits only fixed gameplay phrases to the Text-to-Speech engine selected on the device.

The App does not submit the player’s spoken voice because it does not request microphone permission or record audio.

Text-to-Speech availability and processing may depend on the TTS engine installed or selected by the user. Such engines are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate privacy practices.

11. DATA COLLECTION AND SHARING

The Developer does not use the App to collect or receive player information from the device.

The App does not sell, rent or share locally stored profile or gameplay information with:

• Advertisers
• Analytics companies
• Data brokers
• Marketing companies
• Social networks
• Other commercial third parties

The App does not use the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID or persistent device identifiers.

12. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Google Play, the Android operating system, the device manufacturer and the selected Text-to-Speech provider may independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Those services operate separately from the App and are not controlled by Ocean Grill & Bar.

This Privacy Policy applies only to data handling performed by the Ocean Grill & Bar App.

13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App may be used by younger players under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The App does not knowingly transmit a child’s name, age, gameplay activity or other personal information to the Developer.

A name and age entered into the chef profile remain stored locally on the device. Parents and guardians should help younger players choose a nickname rather than a full legal name.

A parent or guardian can delete all local profile and gameplay information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it.

The App does not contain personalized advertising, advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking.

14. DATA SECURITY

The App relies on Android private application storage to protect locally saved information from normal access by other applications.

We use reasonable technical design practices, including:

• Keeping progress inside private app storage
• Avoiding unnecessary permissions
• Avoiding advertising and tracking SDKs
• Avoiding external gameplay servers
• Disabling cloud backup and device-transfer extraction
• Releasing audio and Text-to-Speech resources when no longer required

No local storage method can guarantee absolute security on a rooted, compromised, shared or physically unlocked device.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, including a screen lock and current Android security updates.

15. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

The App does not operate a Developer-controlled server and does not transmit locally stored player profiles or gameplay history internationally.

Services independently provided by Google Play, Android or a selected Text-to-Speech engine may operate under their own infrastructure and privacy policies.

16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when:

• App features change
• Data-handling practices change
• Android or Google Play requirements change
• Legal or regulatory requirements change

An updated policy will include a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be included in a future App update or displayed through the App’s information section.
